This class is a day on the set with a REAL Hollywood Director, shooting a REAL scene with a REAL script.
You will experience;
- making script changes on the fly
- blocking scenes
- hitting marks and focus pulls
- terminology only used on sets
- why timing is critical to getting the shot
- knowing what the director needs from you
- what "crossing the line" really means
- what makes a scene believable on screen
- working with the camera lens uncomfortably close
- how they get the shot you have seen a thousand times with very strange blocking
